The Coffee Library in Baguio offers Italian and local Kapangan coffee flavors, but its Vietnamese-style brewed options are the ones attracting attention.
This coffee shop is located on the ground floor of Rex Hall Student Residence along the street of General Luna. The place is near Saint Louis University Laboratory Elementary School and Main Campus, University of Baguio, Baguio Cathedral, City Lights Hotel and Mega Tower.
Whenever I went there it's always full and there is no seat available for me but I got the chance to go there with my friend last May 2. We went there not only to try their food and drinks but also to do our school works. This coffee shop is a perfect place for the students and others to do their school or office works because it offers free WiFi Internet access.
Vanilla Espresso Frappe
While I'm choosing a drink to sip, the waiter told me that I should try their best seller Vanilla Espresso Frappe (Php 130.00). The frappe was good so you must try it also.
Crispy Cream Dory Sandwich
I paired my frappe with the Crispy Cream Dory Sandwich (Php 120.00). It is tasty and juicy crispy cream dory with onions, lettuce and mayo dill dressing served with fried potato fries. You can also try these sandwiches:

The Breaded Cream Dory is perfect for dinner. It is delicious to the extent that you want to order more. By the way guys, I have an allergy in chicken that is why I mostly ordered fish foods.

Smoky Tinapa Pasta contains a smoky tinapa flake sauteed in garlic, onions, and tomato with herbs and spices; served with toasted garlic bread. (Php 130.00).
